The Wilson Agency is a real estate and full-service property management company located in Downtown Johnson City. TWA was originally known by many as Urban Redevelopment Alliance LLC, and the company was created to promote economic vitality and provide redevelopment services to downtown Johnson City and other urban areas of East Tennessee. In 2013, URA was renamed to The Wilson Agency to expand the company to real estate sales.  

Today, The Wilson Agency manages over 150 doors, including single-family and multi-family properties, short-term rentals, and commercial properties. TWA utilizes top-of-the-line property management software that provides tenants with a streamlined experience and property owners with visibility into their investments. As a real estate company, TWA helps clients navigate through the process of buying and selling property.
